Online Investment Fund is a long term investments program that pays 2.3% daily or 12% weekly profit back to their members. They claim to make profits in stock, forex and metals trading markets. To get a pretty good picture about their activities download the Funds Prospect available here.  Before going deeper I have to say that it has most of the ingredients to become a hot program: sustenable investment plans, established administration team, a multitude of payment processors , nice and clear design, ddos protected hosting.

Management Team

Online Investment Fund is managed by four persons, each being quite good in the investments/management field. On the TEAM page you can find few words about each memberof the team: Joseph Woodard – Chief Executive Officer, Martin Laroche – Chief Financial Officer , Nick Wilson – Chief Investment Officer, Duncan Brown – Chief Investment Officer.

The company that legally represent Online Investment Fund is registered in Seychelles on March 2006. On the site you can find the incorporation documents in PDF format ( Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Article of Association).

Investment Plans

There are 2 investment plans available on Online Investment Fund : Alternative Growth Fund and Diamond

Investment Fund. The main difference is that first one pays the profit on a daily basis while the other one pays the profit on a weekly basis.

Both investment plans have compouding activated meaning you may set up a percent of your earnings to roll over into deposit. This way you increase your portfolio value earning more on long term. I personally select compounding at 80% meaning 80 of my earnings are going to grow the deposit and 20% I withdraw.
Later when I have a quite large portfolio I reverse the compounding to 80% withdraw and 20% to increase the portfolio.

• Alternative Growth Fund – Professionally managed portfolio of stocks and daily trades on Forex Market. This plan is designed to achieve long-term capital appreciation while minimizing exposure to market movements. The daily profit starts with 1.7% for investments of $10 – $999. If you invest between $1,000 and $9,999 you get 2% daily profit and if you invest $10,000 or more (VIP) you receive 2.30% daily profit.
• Diamond Investment Fund – seeks to provide investors with an opportunity to access the long term growth potential of the global knowledge industries of derivates and precious metals. The particularity of this plan is that the profit is paid weekly and the min. investment is $2000. If you invest any amount between $2000 and $10000 you receive $10 weekly profit. For any investment between $10000 and $50000 you get 12% weekly profit. The max weekly profit of this plan is 14% and you get it if you invest $50000 and more.

Affiliate Program

OnlineInvestment Fund have an affiliate program embeded into user panel. This means you do not have to register on a new platfom or something just create a standard investor account and check Partners page inside your member panel. Inside your account you may find a variety of text links and banners ads you can use to promote the program. Another nice feature is that you receive commissions even if you are not an active investor, as free member. So you can signup right away and start promoting the program. The commissions rate is 5% of every deposit of your affiliates.

Payment Processors

Online Investment Fund accept besides Perfect Money and LibertyReserve, AlertPay, StrictPay and SolidTrust Pay. As you may know the last 3 payment processors needs strong verification from the opener including ID documents and bills. This means the administrator  send his personal and the company documents to be verified by the payments processors. I’ll personally recommend them to check into DigitalGold Pay. This is a new payment processor that have quite attractive features and good fees and some investment funds already use them.

Hosting & Security

The script used on OIF seems to be custom made in PHP programming language. I’ve checked it with Acunetix and the report shows that is pretty secure agains hackers. This is very nice and shows that the administrator is paying attention to security of the website. I couldn’t see a SSL certificate and I will ask the support if they plan to install one. It will make feel better as a SSL certificate improves members security while sending vital informations.

The onlineinvestmentfund.com domain name was registered on Aug. 2009 and expires in Aug 2012. The program was lauched few days ago so it seems the administrator planned for some time the launch the site, is not a set up in hurry program. OIF is hosted on a Entreprise server on BlackLotus. This hosting company is recognised as a powerful hoster that offers DDOS attacks mitigation and server security. Couldn’t ask for more. On the other hand an entreprise server is pretty expensive so I hope the administration team bugeted enough for hosting expenses.

Overall Performance

As I’ve said on the begining of the review  Online Investment Fund is well created and I will deposit more than into the average websites. That’s because I have the confidence it will last more and have growth potential. Today I’m going to review a mutual fund that was just launched but I preddict will become huge: The website is fantastic, they have a business model bassed on offshore investment and attractive plans. Don’t want to keep you waiting so here it is:

OffshorePrivatePlan.com is owned and operated by Private Plan Group LTD, a Seychelles offshore based company founded in March 2008. They chosen this offshore jurisdiction because Offshore Seychelles accounts are much more flexible, giving unlimited access to international markets and to all major exchanges. An offshore Mutual Fund is based in an offshore state jurisdiction, which in generally is considered to be outside the United States. The term is used to describe a fund that is not in a high-tax country. Also a Mutual Fund can be described as an investment vehicle in which small investors may participate in a diversified portfolio of securities.

Management Team

The management team is formed by four persons: Hans Hagen the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Ulrich Schmitz – General Partner, Erna Konrad – Financing and Accounting and Paul the support representative. You may find more about the team on the about us page.

The registered office of Private Plan Group LTD is situated at Suite 3, Ameon House, Revolution Ave, Victoria, Republic of Seychelles. Check this page to view the Incorporation Documents. The documents are legit and was nice to see admin’s business card attached on the scans.

On contact page there is a phone number listed: (917) 675-4823 . I’ve called the number minutes ago and was ringing but nobody answered. I may be calling outside business hours but the good news is that the phone number is legit. I’ll try to call in few hours again and have a chat with this guys.

Investment Plans

There are 4 investment plans available on Offshore Private Plan: TRIAL, BASIC, PLUS and EXTRA.

• TRIAL PLAN pays 1.3 % daily profit and is designed for those who want to invest an amount less than $251. Although profit is the lowest we offer, this plan has the advantage that has the smallest period (50 business days) and you can get a return of 165% fairly quickly. Minimum investment is  set at $20 and max is capped at $250. As you may see the name for this plan is intuitive and you should consider it only as a demo before  investing into high returns plans. • BASIC PLAN pays 1.5 % daily profit. This plan is allows investments between $251 and $2,500. Offering a profit percentage of 1.5% per day, this plan will bring at the end of the 100 business days period, a reasonable profit of 250%. Thus, they provide a balanced plan considering the level of investment and the time required for maturity. The compouding feature is available and you may choose a compouding percent from 0%,25% and 50%. Use the calculator available here to count your earnings
• PLUS PLAN pays 2.0 % daily profit. This is a plan designed specifically for serious users who want to invest at least $2,501. Daily profit is 2% over a period of 150 business days, reaching a total of 400%. Profits can be withdrawn daily or, why not, they can be compounded up to 50% to get the maximum profit. • EXTRA PLAN pays 11 % weekly profit. Although apparently this plan covers a long period of time (180 business days), it offers the highest possible profit. The invested amount in this plan must be between $1,000 and $25,000 and with a 11% profit paid weekly you will have at the end of the period a generous 496% profit. The compouding feature is available and you may choose a compouding percent from 0%,25% and 50%. Use the calculator available here to count your earnings.

The principal will be returned to you at the end of the plan.

Affiliate Program

OffshorePrivatePlan (OPP) pays 6% in affiliate commissions and I have to admit this is pretty decent. Also, you do not need to have a deposit in order to qualify for earnings commissions so you can signup right away and start promoting this program. Inside your member panel you will find a lot of promoting tools that you can use in order to attract new members.

Payment Processors

OffshorePrivatePlan accepts payments using Liberty Reserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, SolidTrustPay and AlertPay. In addition you may invest using bank wires. So they have a real bank account that is used to process payments. As you may know the last 3 payment processors needs strong verification from the opener including ID documents and bills. This means the administrator send his personal and the company documents to be verified by the payments processors. Whith such a large variety of payment options they are able to get most of the investors from the industry.

Hosting & Security

The script used on OffshorePrivate Plan looks to be created from scratch with a lot of new features and an eye catchy design. I’ve checked it with Acunetix and the report shows that is secure agains hackers. This is very nice and shows that the administrator is paying attention to security of the website.

The offshoreprivateplan.com domain name was registered on Dec. 2008 and expires in Dec 2013. The administrator planned for some time the launch the site, is not a set up in hurry program. With a domain registered for a couple of years may proove this guys have prepared for a loung business jouney ahead. Offshore Private Plan site is hosted on a Entreprise server on BlackLotus. This hosting company is recognised as a powerful hoster that offers DDOS attacks mitigation and server security.

Overall Performance

I was checking money making forums, blogs and monitors and was seening only good words about it including a lot of getting paid reports. Also the program is well advertised on several forums and monitors so is obviously there are a lot of members in the program already. With a 6% affiliate commissions rate should ensure a good growing rate for at least a couple of months.

Conclusion

Even if you are not an active online money maker you should check the site and bookmark it. Is one of the few programs that gained my trust. Yeah I know I’ve put a lot of nice words in this review so now is time to put my money where my mouth is. I’ve deposited $1200 around a week ago and set up the compouding percent at 50%. This way half of my profits are going back reinvested in to the program in order to increase my portfolio and the other half are withdrawn. As this mutual fund have all the ingredients to become a huge success I will deposit more and will consider it as part of my large investments portfolio. Hoever I will take caution and wait a little bit more to see how they are going to perform.

For instance, in the 8% weekly plan, the fee will reduce 8%every week, beginning with 100% (so, after the first payment the fee will be 92%). What this means is, for the 8% plan, that after 13weeks, the fee is going to be %, and if you withdraw the principal, the entire ROI would be 204%.

I do not like too much this option to withdraw whenever you want,since it can causes large withdrawals if anything occurs Cash-Miner,for instance suffer a DDoS attack and become unavailable for an entire week…obviously a lot of people are certain to get scared and pull of the funds. However, it also has a positive side, because to be “risk-free”, you will simply need 7 weeks (56% from profits   principal with penalty fee of 44%), which might attract a lot of people to join.

Compounding option is available, but I can’t understand how this affect the penalty fee, if it decreases constantly by 8 or if it decreases faster because of compounding effect.

• 8% weekly  from 1$ to 500$ – The Bronze plan pays 8% weekly for deposit amounts of up to $500 and is a great choiceto try the program.
• 9% weekly from 500$ to 5.000$ – The Silver plan pays 9% weekly for deposit amounts of up to $5000 and is the standard option ideal for most investors.
• 10% weekly  from 5.000$ to 50.000$ – The Gold plan pays 10% weekly for deposit amounts of up to $50000. This will suite investors with higher demands and an accordingly high capital.

Affiliate Program

Cash-Miner credits 1% of the referral’s deposits weekly in the account balance. The banners are in 2 formats and looks nice. One format is GIF and the second one is Flash. As I said the banners looks quite good and may convert very well visitors into members and investors.

Payment Processors

You may deposit and withdraw earnings using AlertPay, PerfectMoney, Liberty Reserve and C-gold. Also for larger deposits you may wire funds to the company as they have a bank wire deposits feature as well. Is nice to see such a variety of payment options.

Hosting & Security

The script cash-miner.net is using seems to be original, developed from scratch. It doesn’t have many features only the most needed one. Recently they’ve added a GERMAN translation of the site’s content.

Cash-Miner.net domain was registered recently on May 9 2010 and is valid till May 9 2011. I’d wish to see domain registered for a longer period but they may extend it anytime. Registration informations are hidden and protected by whoisguard. Personally I do not understand why they did that as they could add their the company informations. Their choise anyway. Site is hosted on DDOSWiz servers. DDosWiz is good enough talking about ddos protection so they may aside attacks for a while. SSL connection is provided by COMODO and is not a free trial.

As I’ve accesed the site and checked each page I got blocked by their server easily and had to restart my modem in order to get a new IP address. I understand the DDOS protection is based on that but they should reduce the sensitivity a little bit as there may be customers blocked as well which will not be able to access the site.

Overall Performance

Cash-Miner have the potential to grow well into a larger investment fund. But for the moment I am quite reticent seein the program as an avergage one. We should wait and see how its going to perform over the time.

Overall Performance

Speaking about performance GF is definitely a winner and in a way or another will make history. We monitor this program for over 500 days and saw a perfect track of payments, improvements and support for its investors.Checking the forums and using private statistics, we’ve seen an increase of investors number in the last couple of months.

Conclusion

GeniusFunds is a successful investment program that can surely return resonable yelds for your deposited funds. Till now we got around $3000 in profits and we keep more than $2000 in active deposits. If you have not made an account yet I encourage  that you do so now and enjoy the benefits that it offers. We predict at least 9-12 months of operation without major issues.

Also there are some recent updates and developements including a non surfing plan that should be mentioned so I decided to update myreview on this powerful program. NextGen Market is managed by Witold Nowicki, from Poland which is also the full owner of the NextGen Ltd. company registered in Commonwealth Dominica. Besides the employees that helps him with support and payments he is also in charge with the management of a programmers team that ensure everything works smoothly on the website along with development of new features.

Investment Plans

There are 3 membership plans available on NextGen Market and I will do my best to show the pro and cons of each one so you can decide which one fits your investor profile.

• Starting account – This account do not require any purchase being totally free for users but the earnings opportunities are very limited. As starting members you earn 5 cents daily for surfing the required number of sites (currenty set at 20), earn advertising credits and money in ptc ads. Advertising credits are good to advertise your websites in the sites rotator. You are alowed to add only one website so choose wisely what opportunities you want to promote. This sites rotators where members visit other users’s sites or sites posted by admin are very powerful and I personally got a quite good amount of affiliates to my sites and readers to the blog. As starting members you are entitled on a 2% affiliate commissions for all purchases done by your affiliates. If you have any affiliates that make purchases I suggest you to urgently upgrade to Business account as the affiliate commission is set to 10%. If one of your affiliate is upgrading $100 you get $10 in commissions on Business account and only $2 on starting account.
• Business account – All you have to do to get Business status is to purchase at least 1 share. Each share costs $10 and currently you may purchase up to 1000 shares ($10.000). As Business member you earn a daily rebate up to 6% each day for your purchase. The min. daily rebate is capped at 2% so doesn’t matter what, you can not earn less than 2% daily. Personally I think the cappes are wise chosen ensuring  a long stability of the program. There are 3 cashouts allowed every 7 days period. Another nice feature is the option to purchase shares using part of your earnings (term called “compounding”). Using this you can grow rapidly your shares portfolio ensuring even more profits for your shares purchases. The shares expires when they reach 150% total earnings. Just to be sure you understand how this works I will  give you an exemple. Today I’ll purchase 20 shares, paying $200. Each day I surf the required number of sites I earn up to 6% of my shares portfolio: that’s $12 daily. In 25 days when my shares will expire I  will have a total of $300 in my account. As I’ve said the earnings can be withdrawn 3 times over a 7 days period so you do not have to wait till the shares expires to get your earnings.
• Investor account – In my opinion this plan unlock all the features of NextGen Market. For a monthly fee of just $10 you get INVESTOR status and you are not required to surf daily in order to earn rebates, exactly like an investments fund. All you have to do is purchase the VIP membership , purchase shares and watch your income grow. Of course if you want to surf for credits so you can advertise other websites you are free to do so. All other features are exactly like on business accounts: 10% affiliate commissions, purchasing shares with your earnings, 3 cashouts in a week etc.

Affiliate Program

NextGen Market have an affiliate program for members that want to earn commissions promoting the program. I suggest you to become a Business Member before starting the promotion as you will earn 10% comissions while as STARTING member you earn only 2%. Also Business members are entitled to 3 cashouts every week so you can withdraw your commissions more often.

There are numerous promo tools including splash screen (check one here ) and nice looking banners with different sizes: 728×90,125×125, 468×60 and 160×600.

Payment Processors

You pay purchase shares or withdraw cash using LibertyReserve, AlertPay, SolidTrust Pay , Strict Pay and  Perfect Money. As you may know from reading my other reviews I’m always happy to see programs accepting AlertPay, StrictPay or SolidTrustPay as this payment processors requires ID to verify the owner in order to approve the account.

Hosting & Security

Doing a little research on the site found that nextgenmarket.com domain name was registered on December 9 2009 and is available till December 9 2011 , being registered for 2 years. Usually admins register the domains for only a year so it seems Witold have long term plans for his business. NextGenMarket is hosted on a dedicated server rented from BlackLotus. This company is recognised as a great DDOS protected hosting provider so hats off for admin. He did his homework before launching the program. Website design is quite attractive stylish but still business with WEB 2.0 elements.

Speaking about security I was pleased to find on the site an IP sentinel so users are prompted to enter a PIN sent on email address if they login using a different computer. You should activate this inside your accounts settings. I did it just in case. Also the withdrawls are manually verified and processed.

Overall Performance

I’ve signed up on NextGen in first days of operations and till down I got numerous cashouts each of them in max 24 hours since request. Currently the program have 660 members which is pretty good for only 30 days of operations. I see members promoting NextGen everywhere including forums, blogs or traffic exchanges so definetely NextGen will become a huge program sooner or later. Judging by all the numbers and the review I predict this program will last at least 6 months or more so there is plenty of time for you to bank on profits.

• Standard Portfolio – This plan pays 2% for 100 business days total earnings being 200%. The min amount to invest is $10 and the max for this plan is set at $2,499. The payments are processed daily. If you want to increase your portfolio you may use the compouding feature they offer.
• Advanced Portfolio – This plan pays 2,5% for 100 business days total earnings being 250%. Min. amount to invest in order to qualify for this plan is $2,500 and the max is $4,999. Payments are processed daily and compouding is also available.
• Expert Portfolio – This plan pays 3% for 100 business dailys, total earnings being 300%. The min amount to invest in this plan is $5,000 and the max is set at $20,000. Payments are processed daily and you may use compounding here too.

I suggest you to check the earnings calculator available here to get a estimative chart of your returns.  Also when you make the deposit you may set up a compounding percent from 0 to 100%. I set it up at 50%. This way half of my daily earnings are going back as investments, increasing my portfolio.

Affiliate Program

NextGen Profits offer a quite nice affiliate program. You get paid 6% of every deposit comming from members of your downline. You do not need to be an active investor in the program in order to qualify for commissions and the banners are quite nice.

Payment Processors

As in NextGen Market, on NGP you can use Libery Reserve, AlertPay, SolidTrust Pay, StrictPay and Perfect Money. Also this payment processors can be used to withdraw funds. NextGenProfits is hosted on a dedicated server rented from BlackLotus using this 2 name servers: ns1.enterprise.blacklotus.net and ns2.enterprise.blacklotus.net. As you may know from my other reviews, BlackLotus is a good company when we talk about security and DDOS protected hosting so they are a good choice. The domain name was registered on March 9 2010. Speaking about security, the website looks good, payments are not done instantly so a human verify them before actually sending the funds. Even if take longer to process payments this is a good thing, as recently some programs where hacked and accounts emptied as they used automatic payments.

Overall Performance

NextGen Market is paying for over 80 days and this says a lot about their performance. I got numerous cashouts from NGM and now invested a quite large amount in NextGen Profits. I’ve already got one payment so far so good. The program is active promoted in forums,blogs and monitors so have all the ingredients to become a great success.
